Obituary for BILLY LEE ISON
Billy Lee Ison, 20, of Walton, KY, was called home to God on Friday, September 5, 2014. He was born July 26, 1994 and is the beloved son of Louise Maynard and the late Billy Ison. Billy is survived by his younger siblings, James Ison and Raelynn Ison, grandmother, Irma Roenker, as well as his mentor, Chuck Adams. Additionally, he leaves behind countless other family members, friends, and coworkers who also grieve the loss of his sudden and tragic passing. Billy’s compassionate soul and loving heart were equally paired with his infectious smile and quick wit. He radiated a unique and bright spirit that made everyone around him feel welcome and at ease. Billy was a responsible young man who was wise beyond his years. He worked full time for Emerson Power Transmission and hoped to one day have his own house on land where he could enjoy riding his quad. He enjoyed his family, friends, outdoors, and vacationing. Billy’s memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of all those who knew him. A memorial service will be held at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. 42, Florence, KY on Thursday, 9/11/14 from 5 pm-7:30 pm, funeral service will be held from 7:30-8:00 pm. Billy will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3227 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, KY on 9/12/14 at 11:00 am.
