Golf Regional Results

Congratulations to the boys golf team for their runner-up finish in the regional championships, see the results below.  They will now compete at the state golf tournament at the Bowling Green Country Club on Oct. 3rd and 4th.

The girls golf team placed 4th overall in their regional championship match at Twin Oaks.  Nadine Innes and Alex Bruce both shot well enough to qualify for the state championship played at Bowling Green Country Club on Oct. 6-8th.

Also advancing as individual qualifiers were Carroll County's Hogan and Ryle freshman Nadine Innes (81) and Raiders senior Alex Bruce (82). Ryle coach Jeremy Thornton was disappointed in his team's score, but he was elated for his state qualifiers.

"It's the first trip for both of them," Thornton said of Innes and Bruce. "But we averaged a 352, and today is probably our highest score all year."
